It’s always a thrill to create a campaign to launch a new brand into the UK market. With Desperados, a tequila flavoured beer, we aimed to capture the unique and unconventional spirit of the brand. So as to create awareness and interest amongst opinion formers within our target audience group. ‘A Taste of Liberty’ fused modern and contemporary South American style with edgy and urban imagery to capture the product’s unique character and appeal. Having conceived the platform and creative cues, we devised the launch activity with distribution gains in mind, around brand experience, sales promotion, on-trade sampling and a bespoke website linking to sponsorship and promotional activity.
