You’ll be responsible for originating, developing, and executing creative designs for advertising campaigns, social content and brand experiences, and everything else in between. 

You’ll be an all-rounder and problem solver, with a strong portfolio of design work and a deep understanding of culture, tech innovations, design trends and principles. You’ll have great communication skills and be able to present work and thinking to clients.

You’ll ensure a consistent level of quality from juniors and artworkers and be a guardian of our clients’ brands.

Someone who can educate and inspire our clients and the broader agency team. You’ll bring solutions and opportunities to the table proactively, as well as knowledge of latest trends and developments such as AI, VR, app and web development, display advertising and UX.

We’re looking for an individual who is creative, inquisitive, and inspiring. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders towards workable solutions, including clients, designers, third parties, production teams and engineers.

You’ll guide and steer the creative process on your designated projects from concept stage to delivery, acting as the conduit between client services, creative services and creative teams. You’ll need the ability to step back and judge the feasibility of ideas, or advise on the best way to achieve them. You’re likely to have 4+ years in production or project management in a creative agency and looking for your next move.

We’re looking for a hybrid creative services manager with project management and production experience.

You’ll play a pivotal role in the agency working with the Leadership Team across all our clients. You’ll help to refine and manage our systems and processes and optimise the flow of creative, strategy, production, and project management through the business as we embark on an exciting period of growth.

The role will encompass creative and strategy weekly resourcing, managing permanent and freelance time, liaising with recruiters and suppliers, supporting the client teams in a project management capacity, and overseeing agency studio production.

You’re likely to have 5+ years working in a creative services and project management capacity within fast-paced integrated creative agency environments.

This is a part-time role c.4 days per week (days and times to be discussed but are flexible).
